I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first visit. I recommend asking for a welcome drink to start your stay enjoyably. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Temperature control issues presented an uncomfortable experience amidst the summer heat!!! The layout could really use improvement to avoid cumbersome walking distances between amenities!!! Also, internet connectivity problems were frustrating during my stay!!!
